Our team will confirm the cancellation and ensure your payment is promptly refunded if already processed.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)
We want you to love every Rosaney purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns and exchanges are designed to be smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free.
- Free Returns: We do not charge any restocking fees, and return shipping is always free.
- Exchanges: Provided as store credit to your Rosaney account for the full value of the returned items, plus any original shipping fees paid.
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method for the full value of the returned items, excluding original shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Holiday Return Extension
To make gift-giving stress-free, orders placed between November 15 and December 25 are eligible for return or exchange until January 31 of the following year. This extended period allows your recipients more time to decide, without pressure.

While we are unable to process standard returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery, our commitment to quality continues. All Rosaney products are covered by our 365-day workmanship guarantee for manufacturing defects. Your satisfaction and trust remain our priority long after your purchase.
5. 365-Day Workmanship Guarantee
If you discover any defect related to the materials or craftsmanship of your Rosaney product within one year of purchase, we will gladly replace it at no cost. Replacements are issued in the form of store credit equal to the original purchase price of the defective item.
