1. Before Your Order Ships

At Rosaney, we understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order anytime before it is handed over to our shipping partner. For the fastest assistance, please contact our customer care team via our Contact Form or direct message on our official Facebook page. Once confirmed, your payment will be promptly refunded if already processed.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

We want you to love every Rosaney purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The process is designed to be smooth, quick, and hassle-free:

• Free Returns: No restocking fees. Return shipping is covered by us.
• Exchanges: Offered as store credit equal to the returned item’s value plus any original shipping fees paid.
• Refunds: Issued back to your original payment method for the item’s value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Holiday Return Extension

For stress-free gift shopping, orders placed between November 15 and December 25 are eligible for return or exchange until January 31 of the following year.

4. After 30 Days

After 30 days from delivery, standard returns or exchanges cannot be processed. However, all Rosaney products are backed by our 365-Day Workmanship Guarantee covering manufacturing defects, ensuring long-term trust and satisfaction.

5. 365-Day Workmanship Guarantee

If any defect in materials or craftsmanship is discovered within one year of purchase, we will gladly replace the item at no cost. Replacements are provided as store credit equal to the original purchase price.

6. Color Disclaimer

Due to variations in screen settings and lighting, product colors may appear slightly different from reality. We strive to reproduce colors as accurately as possible to match the designer’s vision.
