Thank you for choosing Rosaney. We take pride in ensuring your fashion pieces are delivered with care, speed, and style. Please review our shipping guidelines before completing your purchase to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Order Preparation Time
All orders are carefully prepared within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. This process includes order verification, garment quality checks, and secure packaging. We do not process orders on weekends or during the following U.S. public holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24–25)
2. Shipping Method, Time & Fees
At the moment, Rosaney ships exclusively within the United States.
- Method: Standard Ground Shipping
- Estimated Transit Time: 3–4 business days after processing
- Flat Rate: $3.99 per order
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen based on your location, package size, and delivery efficiency)
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details and carrier information so you can follow your package’s journey.
3. Locations We Cannot Ship To
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following addresses:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- International addresses outside the U.S.
To avoid delivery issues, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order.
4. Changing or Cancelling an Order
You may update or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. After this time frame, the order will have entered the processing stage and changes may no longer be possible. However, if the order has not yet shipped, we can still assist you in updating your shipping address.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
We strive to ensure your package arrives on time and in pristine condition. If your order experiences any shipping issues, we will work closely with you to resolve them.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Inspect around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.).
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery Delays
While our standard shipping estimate is 6–10 business days, delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Seasonal high order volumes
- Carrier or logistics disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipping, please reach out to us so we can track and resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Email these photos with your order number to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
- We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If required, we will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
