All of our Sneakers are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.

Please allow 5-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

NOTE: Please measure your foot and compare your foot length with the size chart on our description. Thank you so much!

Due to different methods of measure, the error is allowed normally in 0-0.5 cm. Please allow little color different due to different camera or light environment.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order. Outside the deadline, we will no longer be able to cancel / modify your order.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

We will offer an exchange or a full refund if your order:

- Significantly differs from the description or overview presented to you.

- Is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.

- Does not correspond to what you ordered (type of product, color, size, design ...).
